Polyurethane

Polyurethane

Polyurethane is a polymer composed of a chain of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links. Unlike rubber and silicone, that need vulcanization (high temperature and pressure) for its production, polyurethane is worked through casting. In consequence, it needs less expensive moulds, achieving rare shapes in an easier way and less time.
